The Grand Adventure Park is still evolving and new features are still being planned and added to what is already an exciting and awesome venue for some family fun.

Whether you want to tackle the ropes or the climbing wall or head to the bike park, these are just some of the activities available together with new rides like the King Coaster.

If you are planning to stay in one of the excellent hotels situated within the Jackson Hole area, you can also start planning some adventures to fill your day and create a memorable vacation itinerary.

Tackle the ropes

Simply known as The Ropes, this is an aerial adventure course that comprises of a network of zip lines, cargo nets balance beams plus a whole host of other challenges.

Suspended 25 feet above the ground, The Ropes offers a series of tests that will test your physical and mental skills but it does so in a way that caters for all levels of ability and with safety as an important consideration.

No experience is required to tackle the ropes and as you are safely harnessed before you start, you quickly appreciate why the aerial adventure course is so popular with all ages.

Hiking the hole

Jackson Hole is a hiker’s paradise, with tons of incredible hiking trails to follow using the trail map as a guide or with the assistance of a private hiking guide to give you the ultimate hiking experience.

Popular trails include using the aerial tram to deliver you amongst the peaks of the Southern Tetons, where you are then free to explore the National Forest and National Park and you might want to enjoy the Top of the World trail, which rewards you with spectacular views of the Teton Range and Jackson Hole.

Stellar downhill runs

Jackson Hole certainly has some stellar downhill runs for skiers and the same can be said for those that like to get their thrills on two wheels.

The Jackson Hole Bike Park is a real magnet for biking advocates between June and September and is rightly considered to be a top notch mountain bike destination. The park offers a choice of eight stellar downhill runs with terrain ranked between green and black, so that every rider can choose a run that is within the limits of their ability and experience.

New alpine coaster

A new and exciting addition to the attractions in Jackson Hole is the King Coaster.

The locals have already dubbed it the Cowboy Coaster and thrill-seekers will be able to wind their way down the mountain through four exhilarating corkscrew turns and reaching speeds approaching 30 miles per hour, which feels a lot faster when you are hurtling down the 3,250 feet of track following the contours of the mountain.

These are just a few examples of why the Grand Adventure Park and Jackson Hole in general, is an amazing place to visit any time of the year.
